David Tse, co-founder of Babylon Protocol, announced a proof-of-concept showing native BTC used trustlessly as collateral to borrow on Ethereum.

Experiment started. First position opened on Morpho. 9000 satoshis deposited into a Bitcoin vault to borrow 1 USDC.
