A new Paper by Nick, Eagen and Linus on Shielded CSV
The paper presents a new protocol that enables truly private cryptocurrency transactions by removing transaction validation from the blockchain consensus rules. This approach allows sending coins along with validity proofs directly to recipients, reducing communication, computation and storage cost.
